Using Wicker Storage To Get Organized
A lot of home organization is about having the right tools. If you are looking to remodel something that is not working for you or come up with a better solution on how to store things, it usually boils down to having the right type of storage and tools.
Most often the things that are disorganized in our homes are easy to fix, it just requires a little brainstorming or research to come up with a solution. For example, a common area in the home that is disorganized is usually the living room table. We walk in, throw our keys, wallets and cell phones on them daily. They do not have a home and in turn it makes the table look messy and can cause wear and tear. A solution to this is to buy a nice stylish wicker basket to hide all of these items in. Put it in a place that is easily accessible when you walk in the door so you do not have to go hunting for the basket. Wicker baskets are nice looking and so they will blend in easily with your décor. You should also consider a small wicker basket for your bedroom as well. At the end of the day when we empty our pockets we usually have loose items like change, business cards or even a loose button that came off. Without some place to put these things they will easily become lost. If you have a significant other, you could find matching baskets so that you can have a his and her place to put your things.
Another place that can quickly become messy and unorganized is your bathroom. After a long day of working you are too tired to put your clothes in the hamper after a shower or for the ladies, we tend to leave our makeup laying around and even out hot irons and blow dryers. To help keep the bathroom looking nice, buy a some storage cabinets with drawers that can either be hung on the wall or sit on the ground. I have one that is specifically designed to keep all my hair items in them. Its a small little 2 drawer cabinet that has all my hair accessories in one drawer and my hot irons and blow dryers in the other. For the guys, you can purchase a cabinet to hang on the wall with a few shelves to put additional items that do not fit in your medicine cabinet or under the sink, such as any additional shavers, shaving accessories and colognes.
